Domain Name Registration includes the registration fee, 10 free POP3 emails, web forwarding, holding page with your own message if required, Meta tags and free transfer to another host. When your order is received and payment has been verified to us, we will register your chosen domain name with the relevant registrar. The cost to you includes 1, 2, 5 or 10 years fees (depending upon your selection) for .com, .net and .org domains, 2, 5 or 10 years fees (depending upon your selection) for .info and .biz domains and 2 years registration fees for all other domains. The payment also includes our administration fee. Renewal of domain names will be charged at the standard price applicable at the time.

If you already have a domain name and are not satisfied with your current host, you can transfer it to us. This will give you the advantage of our email, web forwarding and web hosting services described above. We will give you the support and service required to make the transfer process as smooth and quick as possible. Once the transfer has taken place you will receive a User ID and password to allow you to set up your email and web forwarding. We make a small administration charge for the transfer. We will send you a User Identification and a password when you register a domain name. Once you are in possession of these you will be able to access the Domain Admin page. Here you will be able to set up your email addresses, email forwarding, web forwarding, Meta tags and holding site text. The panel can also be used to send instructions to us to have your domain name transferred to another host.

You may have up to 10 free email addresses with each domain name, in the form anyone@yourdomain.co.uk. Each address can be used as a POP3 mail box or can be forwarded to another email address. They can all be forwarded to the same email address if you wish. Each email address is protected by a password which you supply. You may change any or all of your email names, delete email addresses, remove or change email forwarding addresses, or change passwords 24 hours a day. Additional POP3 email addresses may be purchased using the admin panel after you have bought your domain name.

Using Web Mail gives you access to your email whereever you are as long as you can make an Internet connection. While you are out of the office you can still carry on your business using your laptop or notebook computer. No need to miss that vital email and with more space you can store your emails for longer before having to download or delete them. Web mail can be applied to any or all of your 10 free POP3 mailboxes and gives you from 100 megabytes of email space per mailbox which also applies to your POP3 space. You can use your domain name with a web site that you may have elsewhere, for example, one you may have set up on free web space. Using our online control panel it is possible to set this up and to choose whether to use standard or cloaked forwarding.
Standard forwarding means that when your domain name is typed into the address box of a browser, the user will be forwarded to the domain name you have specified. The new URL will be displayed in the location bar instead of your domain name.
Framed forwarding means that your domain name is always visible in the location bar of the browser after forwarding to another web site. There are disadvantages and exceptions to this type of forwarding: Search engines may not be able to index your site properly. Links on your site will still show your domain name in the location bar. This also means that you cannot bookmark sites. Masking will not work if your site specifies 'target="_top"'.

If you wish to purchase a number of items, including web hosting and registering a number of domain names to one registrant we offer a discount.

These discounts will be applied automatically as you add your selected web hosting and domain names to the shopping basket. Any mixture of domain types can be selected and count towards the discount. The discount is shown on the Order Summary page.

Renewals will be charged at the standard price applicable at the time.

If you wish to transfer your domain name to another ISP, you can request this from the Domain Administration page. We do not make a charge for this service.

If you do not wish to pay by credit card on line you can pay by cheque or postal order. Send a cheque or postal order for the full amount, including VAT, to Zylem Limited, 4100 Park Approach, Thorpe Park, Leeds LS15 8GB, U.K. Cheques should be made payable to Zylem Limited. Include your full name and address, the name and address of the person to whom domain names should be registered and the domain names or web hosting required. We will register your domain names (subject to the domain names still being available) and set up your web space when we receive payment.

We aim to give a high level of service, however we recognise that from time to time issues can arise. We are committed to resolving any such issues as quickly and efficiently as possible.

Please head your correspondence 'Complaint' and provide as much information as possible.

We will acknowledge your complaint within 2 working days. We will then fully investigate your complaint and aim to respond within 10 working days. If we find that the complaint will take longer than this we will let you know, with an estimate of the time it will take.
